Last weekend my friends and I went to a restaurant and I tried a new food that I had not had yet – sundae bokkeum. I recently learned the word for Korean blood sausage – sundae – and ordered some for takeout from a place near my apartment. When my friend Greg suggested getting some Sundae Bokkeum I was eager to give it a try. The dish featured vegetables, noodles, and blood sausage mixed together like a stir fry with a spicy sauce added. It was pretty good.
